When he was first born we didn't know what to think of his fleece. It was so dense,crimpy, and someone described it as "twizzly". After his first shearing it came back as a buttery soft, dense, crimpy consistent fleece. The staple length and coverage are excelllent. His conformation and bone structure are outstanding. It's a proven fact that Buckus has exceptional fleece. In his white fleece is a small dark fawn spot. Not so good in the showring but it is proving to be a real asset to his prodgeny!
